We are a Whitewater Kayaking company based right at the Kaituna River, just north of Rotorua, New Zealand

We offer whitewater kayak lessons and courses for all levels and abilities.

Develop your skills quickly using up to date techniques to suit modern boats and equipment in either group or private lessons tailored just for you - from complete beginner to seasoned pro, our lessons will be customised just for you.

We also offer the totally unique tandem kayak trips.

White water kayak down a grade five river including a seven metre waterfall, and you need no previous kayaking experience. Even seventy year olds have done this trip - it's easy!

Kaituna Kayaks is run by Kenny Mutton. With many years experience teaching kayaking, Kenny and our other guides are amongst New Zealand's top freestyle, extreme and slalom white water paddlers.
